About STRIPE HIV
Strengthening InterProfessional Education for HIV (STRIPE HIV) works through case-based, interprofessional HIV education and a focus on improving quality of care. The program supports academic and clinical educators to train healthcare professionals and strengthens institutions as in-country technical resources for universities, local public health organizations, and national health systems.
By partnering with institutions across Africa, STRIPE HIV contributes to sustainable, locally led approaches to workforce development and HIV care. This approach strengthens both pre-service and in-service training and reinforces collaboration across disciplines.

STRIPE HIV training partners are institutions that have conducted STRIPE HIV training (currently or previously). Affiliate institutions include academic, clinical, and government institutions that have provided trainees.
Since 2019, we've had partners and affiliates throughout 20 African countries, including: Botswana, Burundi, Cameroon, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ethiopia, The Gambia, Ghana, Kenya, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Nigeria, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Tanzania, Togo, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe.
